5 Tips for staying healthy!

1. Add exercise to your weekly calendar - It is always good to add a little exercise to your daily activity. Whether it's just a brisk walk or doing stoops adding a little exercise helps burn calories and reduces your stress level. So prep yourself and have a small work out plan, you will find yourself more proud at the end of the month.

2. Eat healthy and eat fresh to stay fit - Eating the right foods is always good for the body. Try to stay away from a lot of packaged and processed foods. If lunch seems to be getting away from you have a fruit or some whole grain foods, or even catch a salad with light dressing.

3. Treat yourself each week - You have been on the move with no stopping, well it's time for a treat. Set yourself a schedule to go get the nails and hair done or maybe you want to spend some time doing a little shopping for yourself. So take time each week and enjoy you, it will be worth it.

4. Get adequate sleep - Resting does the body good. Making sure that you get the proper amount of rest helps the body. With out adequate sleep your body will feel stressed and drained. So get the rest that is needed, this will also help you work productively.

5. Take a day off for yourself - We know that work is important and time is precious; but find your day as an relaxation period. Take a breather and live. Allow yourself to enjoy what ever it is you love to do. Whether it's sitting home eating a box of chocolates or watching all your favorite old time movies or enjoying family; free yourself it's worth it.
